What's Included
The Pieter Andries standard continues in our cleaning process. You’ll always leave with a piece that looks as good as the day you got it. Every cleaning visit begins with a full prong and gemstone inspection, followed by ultrasonic and steam cleaning to release residue from the setting. Should the inspection find a worn prong or a loosened gemstone, we will pause there and recommend the repair first — a piece is never cleaned until it is sound. It is a small discipline that protects what matters. That’s the Pieter Andries difference.
It’s recommended to do routine cleaning every 6 to 12 months, or sooner for daily-wear pieces, and can typically be completed while you wait. Please note that routine cleaning does not include hand-polishing and refinishing the metal. That is done by our repair service.

Bring It In
Walk in during showroom hours, whenever it’s convenient for you. There’s no appointment required for cleaning, and our brand ambassadors are happy to assist you.
Inspection & Service
Our brand ambassadors inspect every setting first, then clean the piece. If anything needs attention, repair comes before cleaning. Most cleanings are completed while you wait.
Pickup or Wear
Leave with the piece on your hand, or pick it up the same day. Any recommended repair work is quoted before work begins.
